Tips, alerts & support

Beyond playing and getting paid, players have a few ways to interact with each other and with the team. These features are small individually but they shape how the platform feels day to day.

Tips

Players can send balance to each other. A tip is an instant transfer of real USD balance: the sender searches for an active recipient by name or email, enters a USD amount, and the funds move between balance accounts. The sender must have approved KYC (always — not only when withdrawals require it) and must not have an active bonus locking real outflows. Tips do not depend on crypto deposit wallets (static_wallets) — those are only for receiving on-chain deposits. Both people get a notification when a tip goes through.

Notifications

Most things that happen to an account produce an in-app notification — deposits, withdrawals, tips, bonuses, VIP events. A bell in the layout shows an unread count, and the inbox lets players mark items read, delete them, or clear everything. Notifications are stored, so they persist across sessions; UI toasts complement them in the moment but aren't the system of record.

System titles such as withdrawal submitted / approved / rejected / cancelled, deposit success or decline, and VIP level-up are localized to the player’s language in the bell (Russian, Uzbek, English, Spanish). Legacy rows stored in English are translated on read; new rows still persist a stable English/key title so every locale can render them.

Support chat

Signed-in players get a floating chat widget available from anywhere on the site. Starting a conversation with a first message either auto-assigns it to an available agent or drops it into a shared pool for the team to pick up.

The conversation updates in real time over a private WebSocket connection (shared with wallet and notification pushes), so replies from the back office appear without a refresh. After connecting, the client subscribes to the conversation topic and receives message and status events; the server sends periodic pings to keep the connection alive.

The static contact details on the info page are separate from live chat; that page is for policies and email addresses, while the widget is the real-time channel. The operator side of support — assignment, status, staffing — is covered under Support operations.
